  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 shot Bourbon
  • 1/2 loaf bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

    Steps for Completion
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice banana and cook with butter and Bourbon in the skillet until brownish. Add the pecans a little before the end so they get soft.
  3. Mix together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  4. Cut the bread into medium sized pieces, add to large bowl, and mix. Add the banana mixture and stir a couple of times.
  5. Cook in greased casserole dish for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
